Located in Cleveland, Ohio, Cleveland State University is a public university. It was way back in 1870, originally founded as the site for free classes. Later Y.M.C.A. Cleveland School of Technology was renamed as Fenn College in 1929. The college began to expand and everywhere was the Cleveland State University, Ohio State 18th Founded in December 1964.
